Visit the IonOptix Booth (#709) at the 66th Biophysical Society Annual Meeting and see our newest products, including our improved MultiCell High Throughput Calcium & Contractility System and CytoMotion software! Application Specialists will be there to display the MultiCell system as well as our other new and exciting offerings, and look forward to learning more about your objectives and how IonOptix can support your research.
In this webinar, Dr. Soughayer and Dr. Veteto will present tools to characterize E-C coupling in isolated adult cardiomyocytes and iPSC-/ESC-derived cardiomyocytes. They will describe how these tools work and how they quantify important functional outputs describing the speed and amplitude of calcium release and reuptake, as well as downstream myocyte shortening and relengthening. Real world examples of data collection, analysis, and interpretation will also be shown.

Join us for a live demo! We’ll show measurements through a range of pacing frequencies (1-4Hz) as well as pre- and post-isoproterenol treatment using our CytoMotion software and MultiCell system. After acquisition, we’ll show how to analyze and visualize data using our CytoSolver analysis.
During this live webinar, Michiel Helmes and Diederik Kuster will deliver a comprehensive how-to demonstration of higher throughput excitation-contraction coupling investigations with isolated cardiomyocytes.
This case study demonstrates the feasibility of simultaneous voltage, calcium, and contractility recordings in single isolated cardiomyocytes using our MultiCell system.
September 2020 marks the five year anniversary of our sister company, CytoCypher!
