35 mm Microscope Chamber System
The 35 mm Microscope Chamber System is a newly designed chamber system to perfuse and stimulate cardiac myocytes that are studied on the microscope. The 35 mm chamber system uses simple disposable 35 mm tissue dishes making it ideal for cultured cells. A key design feature, this chamber uses magnets to close the chamber… simply insert the dish and close the chamber’s lid. This chamber is designed to be easy to use.
The 35 mm stimulation and perfusion chamber system can be combined with the a feedback temperature controller and heater and an acute field stimulator (MyoPacer or MyoPacer EP) for pacing your cells during experimentation at the appropriate physiologic temperature. Multiple different stage adapters are available for different microscopes, including those with simple tissue culture plate holders.
